New England Rail and Sail Adventure
Join us as we travel to Connecticut and New Hampshire in the New England region. We will spend time riding the rails and sailing the waters with a highlight of the Cafe Lafayette Dinner Train.

Day 1 Sun Sep 15th:
Today we depart New Jersey. We travel north along costal New England making a couple of stops including lunch on your own. We arrive at the Shore Line Trolley Museum in East Haven, CT. Enjoy a visit to their museum and a ride on the East Haven-Branford Trolley along the Long Island Sound. Following our ride we will continue to the Mystic, Ct area where we will overnight at the Springhill suites. Dinner is included at a local restaurant.
DDay 2 Mon Sep 16th:
Breakfast is included each morning at the hotel. Our first stop this morning takes us to the Mystic Seaport where we board the Steamboat Sabrino for a 90 min cruise in the Mystic Harbor. After our cruise we will have free time for lunch on your own and shopping at Mystic Village. Next, we will travel to Plymouth, NH. were we will check into the Fairfield Inn for the next three nights. Dinner is included at Foster's Boiler Room at the Common Man Restaurant.
B, DDay 3 Tue Sep 17th:
Our first stop today takes us to Squam Lake for a scenic cruise on the lake where the movie "On Golden Pond" was filmed. Next, we travel to Wolfeboro, NH where you will have free time for lunch and shopping on your own in this charming lakeside town. This afternoon we will visit the Wright World War II Museum before returning to the hotel to freshen up for our evening. This evening we travel to the Cafe Lafyette Dinner train for a fabulous Four Couse Dinner and scenic rail journey.
B, DDay 4 Wed Sep 18th:
This morning we travel to the Lake Winnipesaukee Railroad for a scenic ride along the shores of the lake. Following our ride we will enjoy lunch and shopping on your own at the Mills Falls Marketplace. Next, we visit Hermit Woods Winery Showroom for a tasting and conclude our day with a visit to the Kellerhaus Ice Cream and Candy Shop for an afternoon ice cream treat. Another delicious dinner is included this evening at a local restaurant.
B, DDay 5 Thu Sep 19th:
We board our coach and journey home taking with us many fond memories of our time in New England.
